Queen Rose Mattress 100 Nights Sleep Trial

Welcome to Queen Rose 100-Night Sleep Trial program. We're delighted to offer you the opportunity to experience our mattress in the comfort of your own home. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern this trial program:

Trial Period

  • The 100 nights trial period begins on the date of delivery as reflected in our third party delivery  providers’ system 
  • We understand it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, therefore offering a 100 nights trial to ensure sleep satisfaction 
  • During the trial period, you are encouraged to sleep on the mattress, use it for daily activities, and assess its comfort and support.
  • Please note that the trial period is intended for you to determine whether the mattress is suitable for your needs. It does not extend the duration of any applicable warranty coverage

Eligibility

  • The trial is available to customers who purchase a new mattress directly from Queen Rose Official Site and Queen Rose Tiktok Shop (“queenrose_mattress”) Platform.
  • To be eligible for the trial, the mattress must be purchased at the full retail price and not as part of a discount or promotional offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Queen Rose.
  • Customers who have previously participated in a 100-night sleep trial with Queen Rose for the same mattress model are not eligible for another trial with the same model.
  • The trial is limited to individual consumers and households and is not available to commercial entities or resellers.
  • By participating in the 100-night sleep trial, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein

Mattress Condition

  • To be eligible for a refund under the 100-night sleep trial, the mattress must be returned in its original condition, free from significant damage, stains, or odours beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Normal wear and tear include minor indentations or impressions that are less than 2 centimetres or 1 inch in depth and result from typical use.
  • Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the mattress will void the trial and may disqualify the mattress from return eligibility.
  • It is recommended to use a mattress protector during the trial period to help preserve the condition of the mattress and prevent damage from spills, stains, or accidents
  • If the mattress is found to be in unsatisfactory condition upon return, Queen Rose reserves the right to refuse the return or assess a restocking fee.
  • Queen Rose will inspect the returned mattress upon receipt to determine its eligibility for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for mattresses that do not meet the specified condition criteria.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return within the trial period, customers must contact Queen Rose's customer service team via email, or chat function available on our website.
  • Upon contacting customer service, a representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Customers will be required to provide their order details, including the purchase date and order number, to verify eligibility for the 100-night sleep trial.
  • Once eligibility is confirmed, customers will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to prepare the mattress for return.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to securely package the mattress for return and ensure that it is in suitable condition for transit.
  • Upon receipt of the returned mattress, Queen Rose will inspect it to ensure that it meets the condition requirements for a refund under the 100-night sleep trial.
  • If the mattress is found to be in satisfactory condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed, along with any applicable refund details, including the amount refunded and any deductions for shipping fees, processing fees or taxes.
  • Please note that Queen Rose reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the specified return process or condition requirements.
  • In the event the mattress is not in satisfactory return condition or the refund amount after deductions is not agreeable by the customer, the return delivery fee(s) will be borne by the customer for the return of the mattress
  • Any mattresses returned to Queen Rose without notification or approval will not be eligible for return. Customers will have to bear any return shipping cost for the return of the mattress. Any unauthorised and unclaimed mattress at our facilities will be discarded after 14 business days. 

Return Window

  • The return window for the 100-night sleep trial begins on the date of delivery of the mattress and ends at midnight on the 100th night.
  • To initiate a return within the trial period, customers must contact Queen Rose's customer service team before the end of the 100th night.
  • Returns initiated after the 100-night trial period will not be accepted, and the mattress will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • Customers are encouraged to allow sufficient time for the return process, including packaging the mattress securely and scheduling a pickup or drop-off with the designated carrier.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the mattress is returned within the specified return window to qualify for a refund.
  • Please note that the return window is firm, and extensions or exceptions will not be granted beyond the 100-night trial period.

Limitations

  • The 100-night sleep trial is limited to one trial per household or per customer of the same address.
  • Customers who have previously participated in a 100-night sleep trial with Queen Rose for the same mattress model are not eligible for another trial with the same model.
  • The trial may not be available in all geographic locations. Please check with Queen Rose's customer service team for availability in your area.
  • Queen Rose reserves the right to refuse trial participation and / or returns to customers who abuse or misuse the trial program, including but not limited to fraudulent returns or excessive return requests across all our brand’s platforms and prior purchase records with our brand.
  • The 100-night sleep trial cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Queen Rose.
  • Queen Rose reserves the right to modify or terminate the 100-night sleep trial program at any time without prior notice, it is our customer’s responsibility to regularly visit our mattress trial programme page for updated terms and policies.
  • By participating in the 100-night sleep trial, customers agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein and any additional terms and conditions provided by Queen Rose.

Exclusions

  • Mattresses purchased through unauthorised retailers or third-party sellers are not eligible for the trial program. This includes purchase from any second-hand, thrift shops, third party e-commerce platforms including but not limited to Walmart, Wayfair and Amazon. 
  • Mattresses that have been damaged, altered, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return under the 100-night sleep trial.
  • Mattresses that have been used in a commercial setting, such as hotels,  showrooms or rental properties, are not eligible for the trial program.
  • Mattresses that have been subject to misuse, abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to improper handling or storage, are not eligible for return under the trial program.
  • Queen Rose reserves the right to refuse trial participation or return eligibility to customers who violate the terms and conditions of the 100-night sleep trial program.
  • Any returns that do not meet the specified exclusion criteria will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for any associated return shipping costs.
  • By participating in the 100-night sleep trial, customers acknowledge and agree to the exclusion criteria outlined herein and accept responsibility for compliance with the terms and conditions of the trial program.

Warranty

  • Our mattresses are covered by a limited warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty period and coverage details may vary depending on the specific mattress model and are outlined in the warranty information provided with your mattress.
  • Generally, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
  • The warranty covers defects such as sagging beyond a certain depth, broken or protruding coils, and manufacturing flaws.
  • To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and submit a warranty claim form through Queen Rose's customer service team.
  • Warranty claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, andQueen Rose reserves the right to repair or replace the defective mattress or components at its discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, changes in firmness or comfort preferences, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care.
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the mattress after purchase will void the warranty, including eligibility for our 100 nights trial programme.
  • Customers are responsible for any transportation or shipping costs associated with warranty claims, unless otherwise stated in the warranty terms.
  • Queen Rose reserves the right to update or modify the warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • By purchasing a mattress from Queen Rose, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the warranty and acknowledge their responsibility for complying with warranty claim procedures.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or disagreements arising from the 100-night sleep trial, warranty claims, or other matters related to the purchase of a mattress from Queen Rose shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
  • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution procedures, including mediation or arbitration, as outlined in this section.
  • Mediation: If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation facilitated by a neutral third party mediator. The mediator's role is to assist the parties in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution.
  • Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful or deemed inappropriate, any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in a court of law.
  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Trade Commission, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action arising from disputes related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Federal Trade Commission.
  • Waiver of Class Action: Both parties agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration regarding any disputes arising from this Agreement or the purchase of a mattress from Queen Rose.
  • Attorney's Fees: In the event that legal action is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in connection with such action.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

By purchasing the mattress, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the 100-night sleep trial, warranty, and dispute resolution procedures outlined herein.
